Chen Xie, chairman of Xia Du, said that he is optimistic about the future development of Yilan, and plans Yilan Zan to be the first demonstration park in China with leisure and sightseeing combined with AI smart medical services as the core, creating an international model of health and leisure industry.
Xiadu Real Estate is a 100% subsidiary of Xiadu, which is a company established for this BOT case, with a current capital of 600 million yuan, and plans to increase its capital to 12~1.5 billion yuan in the future. Wang Decheng said that the park will not only be a tourist facility, but also a comprehensive medical care platform that integrates culture, commerce, health and technology, and plans to discuss future cooperation models with well-known enterprises such as Yangming Jiaotong University, Beijing Station Department Store, Caihong Health, Corning Social Welfare, Guotuo Cultural and Creative, Zyxel Health, Capital Property, etc., and it is also the first case of Xiadu’s new health and leisure development strategy towards “Happy Care Medical License”.
The application of AI smart long-term care will cover all facilities in the park, including smart homes, smart care devices, telemedicine and health data management, etc., to provide residents with a more convenient and safe living environment. Combined with the health care and health management services, it provides real-time monitoring of the health status of the elderly, and provides customized health management plans according to individual needs, so that residents can provide continuous care even when they are traveling.
